In the process of use, the following aspects should be noted.

1. Choose the submersible drilling bit according to the rock conditions (hardness, abrasiveness) and the type of drilling rig (high air pressure, low air pressure). Different forms of alloy teeth and tooth distribution methods are suitable for drilling in different rocks. Selecting the correct DTH position is a prerequisite for the best use.

2. when installing the submersible drill bit, the bit should be gently put into the bearing nest of the submersible impactor and not collide with a force so as not to damage the shank or the bearing nest of the bit.

3. During the rock drilling process, make sure that the compression pressure of the submersible drilling rig is sufficient. If the impactor works intermittently or the powder discharge from the gun hole is not smooth, check the compressed air system of the submersible drilling rig to ensure that no slag is trapped in the hole during the drilling process.

4. if metal objects are found to fall into the hole, they should be sucked out with magnets or taken out by other methods in time to avoid damaging the drill bit.

5、When replacing the drill bit, pay attention to the size of the hole. If the diameter of the drill bit is worn out too much, but the blast hole is not yet drilled, do not replace it with a new one to avoid jamming. You can use an old drill bit that has been used and worn to roughly the same diameter to complete the job.
